Campsite Rates
 

Sewer and electric rates is if you hook up to water whether you are connected to sewer or we pump your tanks, no water should be let out on the ground. If you are connected to the water lines you need to pay for it.

Air conditioners are $50.00 for the year, if you have one on your camper, or in a window.

Extra refrigerators are $30.00.

PRICES ARE BASED ON 72 DAYS USAGE. ADDITIONAL DAYS ARE $4.00 PER DAY.

There is $100 due by the 1^st of April.  The full amount is due by the 1^st of May.  After May 1^st, if you are still have a balance it needs to be paid before you camp.  There will be a 5% late fee for any unpaid after May 1st.
